What we collect, and why.
Fvtvre Ltd runs this site. There are two ways it holds anything about you, and both are below. Neither is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you.
When you send us a message we receive the name, email address and message you typed, plus which page you came from, so we know whether you are writing about a venture, a role or something else. The form is handled by Formspree, which passes it to our inbox.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful and no longer than two years. We use them to reply to you, and for nothing else. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser. If you decline, nothing loads at all: no script, no cookies, no request to Google. We do not use the softer arrangement where the tag loads anyway and only the cookies wait.
Google Signals and advertising personalisation are switched off, so the data cannot be used to target you with advertising anywhere. We see counts and pages, not people. Google acts as our processor and may store data outside the UK under its own safeguards. The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
reopens the choice, and declining also expires any analytics cookies already set. Your answer is remembered in your own browser for six months, after which we ask again.
No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no data brokers, no selling anything to anyone. The games run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. The marketing-off version of the site at /plain is the same content with no games at all.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Write to hello@fvtvre.io and we will deal with it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
