Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and closing deals. You will be the face of our company, and you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and identify potential customers through research and cold calling
  • Present our products and services to potential customers and demonstrate how our solutions can benefit their business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in technology sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time hours
  • Fluency in Business German is a plus

 

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role, with generous commissions available for successful sales. As a Sales Lead, you will have the opportunity to earn a high income based on your performance.
