Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial to join our team and lead the establishment of the commercial function of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and selling to large corporate portfolio companies, as well as existing technology platforms in the real estate space. This is a remote working opportunity, allowing the candidate to work flexibly from anywhere within KSA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large corporate portfolio companies in the real estate sector, including property developers, asset managers, and real estate investment firms.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with existing technology platforms in the real estate space to integrate our solutions and expand market reach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to drive success and exceed targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities in the real estate industry.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, revenue metrics, and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the real estate industry.
  • Strong network and relationships within the real estate sector, particularly with corporate portfolio companies and technology platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting tools.

 

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is on a competitive fixed and additional variable bonus based on sales. We believe in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and are open to exploring different compensation structures that align with your interests and contributions.
